Athletic Strength

Strength training is essential to developing athletic talent. This program was designed to improve strength and explosive power. It is highly recommended that all athletes begin at level one. Each level gets progressively more advanced through manipulation of exercises, training volume, and training intensity. This four day a week program consists of standard weight lifting techniques, Olympic lifts as well as complex plyometrics (level 3) and can be completed at most standard gyms.
Each 12-week program is periodized into three 4-week phases that focuses on specific components to assure optimum results and peak performance at completion of workout. It is recommended that all athletes begin with the level one program. For those who are interested in starting at a higher level, we ask that you follow these guidelines.
