This is a great workout for anyone new to lifting weights or just getting back to the gym after an extended break. Lifting 101 progresses from machine and body weight exercises to standard free weight lifting techniques. This workout can be completed in the most basic of gyms and is perfect for those of you who are trying to get in shape, but need some help getting started.
This 4-Day-A-Week program uses a variety of exercises to help you achieve your goals. Day 1 and 3 targets chest, back, shoulders, bicep and tricep muscle groups. Day 2 and 4 focuses on abdominals and legs. You'll never do the same set of exercises in back-to-back workouts. Each workout takes approximately 45-60 minutes to complete. By the time you've completed this workout you will not only have learned a number of new exercises, but you will look and feel like a new person.
