This In-Season workout is an excellent way to assure you stay in top condition throughout the season. The focus of this workout is to maintain the speed, strength and power that was developed during the 30 weeks leading up to the season. There are three conditioning workouts per week and two lifting workouts. Every week is different and as the season progresses the workouts are tailored to avoid burnout. If you’ve worked after to add strength and power this Off-Season, take advantage of this workout to maintain it.
