There are many factors and characteristics that determine one’s ability to play football. Some are born with natural athletic ability while others have to work hard to develop their skills. GK22 Sport’s Football Program is a proven workout that has helped hundreds of football players reach their potential. The workout covers speed, agility, power, strength, core, flexibility and more.

The Off-Season workout is probably the most crucial phase in developing speed, strength and size. Because there is little or no practice during the off-season, this phase includes a high volume of both lifting and conditioning. The focus of this workout is to develop speed and strength. There are four workouts per week during the 17 week off-season. Also included is three testing dates to measure progress. This proven training program will exceed all your off-season goals.
