2-Day Split: Push/Pull

The 2-Day Split allows you to work every muscle group over a two day period. The workout is broken-up into pushing and pulling exercises. This gives you the flexibility of working out either four or six days a week. The pushing workouts will focus on the chest, shoulders, quads and triceps. The pulling workouts will target back, hamstrings, biceps and lower back muscles. Because you workout the entire body in just two days this workout ideal for those with unpredictable schedules as well as anyone looking to gain strength and size.
Progressing from Level One through Level Three is ideal for optimum strength and size gains. This will guarantee you the best chance of reaching your goals. The workouts are specifically designed to progress each phase of every level. Each workout is more difficult and challenging than one before. Expect 36 weeks of variety, change and improvements.
